Complete Mandibular Case: Thin Ridge

This 61-year-old patient presented with complete mandibular edentulism and a knife-edge ridge.
It was therefore decided to use a bone reduction guide to optimize the bone architecture and allow proper implant seating.
This guide corresponds to a first-generation design, without the creation of bone slots.
The patient was treated using two HUG® digital subperiosteal implants, followed by immediate loading with a definitive full-arch bridge supported by a titanium framework.
