Unilateral Mandibular HUG® Case

Treatment of a right unilateral mandibular edentulous area in this 64-year-old patient.
In this video, you will see the complete HUG® concept applied to the mandible, aimed at preventing soft tissue recession.
This includes the use of a bone-cutting guide to create the bone slots and ensure precise seating of the implant pillars, as well as bone grafting combined with a guided bone regeneration membrane.
The implant was also submerged and later uncovered at 4 months postoperatively, in accordance with the surgical protocol.
